Years ago, I learned Vedic Meditation, and it absolutely changed my life. Because of that, I wanted to help others learn this incredibly simple and ancient eyes-closed technique, so I traveled to India and trained under Thom Knoles, the most recognized master of Vedic Meditation and Knowledge alive today.
Ever since, I've been roaming around the world helping people chill out. We work together to lower stress levels and to uncover how to come back to ourselves and our true Nature through this twice daily meditation practice.
Vedic Meditation has been taught in-person for thousands of years, and, for thousands of years, countless people have benefited from its effectiveness. So in order to honor this tradition in the safest way possible, in-person group courses are currently being offered at limited capacity. And while this means that we can't gather in very large meditating groups just yet, it doesn't mean that we can't Be together and get you (and a few others!) meditating right away.
So, whether you've already learned how to meditate and you're interested in advancing your practice and connecting with community, or you're new to Vedic Meditation and are interested in learning more, this website serves as an access point of discovery for tools that lead to a deeper and more rich experience of daily life.
