Years ago, I learned Vedic Meditation, and it changed my life. Because of that, I wanted to help others learn this incredibly simple and ancient eyes-closed technique, so I traveled to India and trained under Thom Knoles, the most recognized master of Vedic Meditation and Knowledge alive today.
Ever since, I've been roaming around the world helping people chill out. We work together to lower their stress levels and to uncover how to come back to ourselves and our true Nature through Vedic Meditation.
For thousands of years, this practice has been taught in person and, for thousands of years, countless people have benefited from its effectiveness. Now that we're all engaged in social distancing, public in-person courses are on hold until we can safely share the same physical space again. And while this means that we can't be molecule-to-molecule in a group right now, it doesn't mean that we can't connect in the meantime for private 1:1 instruction.
